project title: GLAD4U (2008-2010)

GLAD4U is the result of the Master in Biomedical Informatics thesis of Dr. Jerome Jourquin at Vanderbilt University.
This software runs a query against the National Center for Biotechnology and Information (NCBI)'s publication database (Pubmed), and transforms a list of publications into a list of prioritized candidate genes.
For the website design, we advised on a very simplistic approach, following the Google search page example: the site is driven by the data, not the design. Nevertheless, GLAD4U is build with PHP, Perl, C++, HTML, CSS, Javascript, and JQuery.
